This guy is amazing! We went through several realtors and he was no pressure at all, as we were going to rent and decided to buy, he showed us all the houses we wanted and he even knew what house we were going to pick before we did! LOL! He also listens and has great knowledge, there were several times we called him up, confused and just to vent and he gave great advice as first time home buyers for my fiance and I. We are very pleased with John and we will be recommending him to our friends and family when they are ready to move.

For a first time home buyer, buying a house can be very daunting. Luckily for us, we met John who was very knowledgeable and helped us understand the process from start to finish. Besides the expected real estate knowledge, he has a great personality (and is very funny!) which brings a sort of calm to the experience. He is also super responsive when you have any questions which helps when you are in the type of market that we are currently. That little time can be the difference when you are trying to beat someone to the punch putting in an offer.

John helped our family find a home in May of 2018. Not only was he willing to meet us at a moments notice to see a home but he truly made us feel like we were his number one priority. John worked with us when we first started looking for a new home in towns that were completely new to us. He is quick to respond via email or texting to answer questions and has a ton of knowledge of the local area. He iem on time, a good listener, friendly, easy going and great at organizing a selection of showings.
